Registration at Rhodes was fairly painless. My Rhodent status is now confirmed by the requisite unflattering likeness fused onto plastic.
The day’s welcomes and introductions left me a with a bit of daylight to take a short photo-walk down Somerset Road.

HAVE YOU MOVED TO GRAHAMSTOWN? HOW DID I MISS THIS?
I’ve not:) I have to go to Grahamstown for two weeks out of each year as part of a two-year part-time MA programme.
The G-Spot! Wow – now those pics bring back memories…
It’s also one of the loveliest campuses I’ve been on.
Cool pics. Followed a link from a friends FB profile. High street looks the same as it did in 98 when I was there.
Seems like a picturesque village in Europe…Love the pics! Loving them, please can we have some more 🙂
I’m not especially nostalgic, but you’ve brought out the sap in me. Gorgy pics.
Looks quaint – reminds me of Kimberly for some reason…
It looks so beautiful – almost like a little European village. I have a thing for old doors too and that one is gorgeous.
